Our process is simple but not easy.

We get a request for a design, be it for a yard sign, a personalized tumbler or a serving tray. Once we get the design details worked out, we get to work. 

Tumblers are made on the laser by removing the actual top powder coated layer off the cup, leaving the metal beneath exposed. This design won’t come off in the dishwasher, as the design is permanently etched into the cup as opposed to a vinyl sticker applied to the cup. This makes for a long-lasting crisp design. The cup is even dishwasher safe.

Yard signs are somewhat similar. The yard signs measure 12” x 18” and are made from quality aluminum. Once the design is made, the laser takes off the paint, leaving the silver aluminum exposed underneath. The signs won’t rust or fade, making them the perfect outdoor décor.

Serving trays are made to order and can be engraved with a message if desired. Different woods are available, and combinations can be custom designed to achieve the desired look. Turn-around time on trays is longer due to the wood choice, glue up, sanding and finishing work involved.
