Frequently Asked Questions

Order creation and shipping is dependent on several factors, such as type of item and quantity of order. Some items will have a standard time such as 1-3 business days for creation, plus shipping time which may include various options including local pick up. More personalized items might require more time and will have a time frame agreed to with order. 

Please contact us right away and let’s discuss options! We will work with you as much as possible to deliver the right product in a great time frame. Rush order availability depends on the product and current order volume. Expedited shipping might be available depending on location and urgency of the request. We can give you a more accurate quote after details are gathered.

Shoot us an email with the product you want, and indicating the personalization you’d like. We can determine if it’s something we can do, any additional cost for set up or delays in processing. We would love to be your partner in a one-of-a-kind gift.

Occasionally the USPS/delivery service will mark as delivered before delivering. It typically will show up in the next day or two. If it is still missing, contact your local post office and give them the tracking number so they can help track it down. If it is still missing, let us know so we can try to assist in location.

We confirm personalized information before creating your item, so any misspellings are reflective of the order request. We can replace at your expense if it was incorrect information provided. If there was shipping damage, please take a picture of the item and the packaging, and send us an email so we can look into it. There is package insurance through USPS and usually just needs to be filed and replaced.
