Then he discovered CNC machines and decided to find a used machine he could learn on, creating some fun items for home décor. This quickly led to a bigger, fancier machine, which led to finding a used laser, which led to a bigger, fancier laser, which led to an even fancier laser… This led to the formation of Carolina Craft Tech to establish a shop on Etsy and a local presence for Sanford, NC. 

As Reed found more avenues for creation, he realized just how many options were available. Cutting boards led to wedding gifts, which led to tumblers and then personalized items.
